YOUR MISSION:

  • Engage tourists and hosts through the creation of content (text and graphics) for the company's Social channels;
  • Cultivate a strong relationship with CaseVacanza.it and Agriturismo.it users through the creation of content (text and graphics) for newsletters;
  • Support sales and encourage bookings through targeted Social Media & e-mail campaigns;
  • Increase awareness of Feries brands, through writing text for press releases;
  • Improve the ranking of our sites on search engines, through data entry activities for SEO.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Fluent in Italian (oral and writing);
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Office package;
  • Strong communication skills and proactive listening;
  • Pro-active team player, highly organized, independent, and self-motivated;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively:
  • Propensity for writing and creativity.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Support the sales team and directly contribute to the business unit P&L;
  • Pre-sales customer management;
  • Managing a client portfolio;
  • Renewals, win back and upsell activities; 
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team. 


YOUR SKILLS:

  • Advanced Excel; 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; 
  • Passionate about sales and relevant bachelor degree highly valued; 
  • Almost 3 years of experience as a Sales Account; 
  • Pro-active team player, highly organized, independent, and self-motivated; 
  • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and writing).
