YOUR MISSION:
- Support customers in the sign-up and contract renewal processes;
- Interact with customers via telephone, email and other digital channels;
- Gather customer feedback on services and products;
- Understand customer objectives, KPIs and needs; propose appropriate and timely solutions; verify their implementation and effectiveness;
- Collaborate with the sales team to define growth strategies.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written);
- Demonstrable knowledge of Google Workspace tools;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Excellent communication and proactive listening skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively;
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively:
- Aptitude for data analysis;

- Support the sales team and directly contribute to the business unit P&L;
- Pre-sales customer management;
- Managing a client portfolio;
- Renewals, win back and upsell activities;
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Advanced Excel;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Passionate about sales and relevant bachelor degree highly valued;
- Almost 3 years of experience as a Sales Account;
- Pro-active team player, highly organized, independent, and self-motivated;
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and writing).
