YOUR MISSION:

As a Marketing Specialist - Travel Market Developer, your primary goal will be to strengthen our brands' authority within the travel industry. You will drive the growth and nurturing of our partner community (hosts and agriturismo managers) by spearheading strategic campaigns and events, while serving as the team’s dedicated expert for market trends and all partner-facing communications.

  • Brand Advocacy & PR: You will manage the relationship with our external agency to produce press releases and local events, ensuring the value proposition of Agriturismo.it and Casevacanza.it is communicated effectively.
  • Events & Webinars: You will lead the end-to-end production of our educational webinars and proprietary events, taking charge of the execution from format ideation and content creation to logistics and invitations. Furthermore, you will manage the full operational setup for industry trade fairs, ensuring seamless execution of booth branding, organizer relations, and all on-site materials for our team.
  • Sales Marketing: You will work side-by-side with the Sales team to develop high-impact commercial presentations and implement direct communication strategies via Email Marketing and WhatsApp Business.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: You will conduct deep-dive research using proprietary and external data, alongside self-initiated surveys. Your goal is to bridge the gap between data and action: you will educate the team on industry trends, define the direction of our marketing campaigns, and craft insight-led content for our partners.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • At least 3 years in marketing/communication for web-based companies (tourism or marketplace experience preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of core digital marketing tools and services (CMS, Email Marketing platforms, Social Media Marketing tools,...)
  • Technical Agility: ability to quickly master proprietary platforms and a "resourceful" approach to finding and using digital tools that drive autonomy and project delivery
  • Approaching marketing with a growth-oriented perspective, focusing on lead generation, conversion and clear performance metrics
  • Experience in public relations, market research, and event organization is considered a plus
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data and numerical analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (experience in public speaking is considered a un plus)
  • Precision, proactivity, flexibility, and a strong orientation toward problem-solving.

  • Support the sales team and directly contribute to the business unit P&L;
  • Pre-sales customer management;
  • Managing a client portfolio;
  • Renewals, win back and upsell activities; 
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team. 


YOUR SKILLS:

  • Advanced Excel; 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; 
  • Passionate about sales and relevant bachelor degree highly valued; 
  • Almost 3 years of experience as a Sales Account; 
  • Pro-active team player, highly organized, independent, and self-motivated; 
  • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and writing).
