Lavora con noi
- Support the sales team and contribute to the economic results;
- Performance and customer care activities;
- Provide support and assistance before,during and after the customer’s onboarding process;
- Handle customer requests through phone/email;
- Keep records of customer interaction, report activities using files or other reporting tools;
- Collect customer feedback on the service;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and writing);
- Demonstrable knowledge of Office package;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Strong communication skills and proactive listening;
- Pro-active team player, highly organized, independent, and self-motivated;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively:
- Propensity for data analysis;
- Previous experience with customer service is a plus.
